Use polypropylene (PP) particles as raw materials, high temperature polymerization drawing into a network, use Spun-bonded,bot air throuh or spunlace technology.
High hydrostatic pressure ability, good hydrophilic effect,soft and comfortable.
good air permeability,no stimulation and allergies to skin.
Application:
Hydrophobic nonwowen mainly used in leg cuff ,elastic ear,elastic waistband ,backsheet film of baby diapers.And used in leg cuff of sanitary napkin.
Hydrophilic nonwoven mainly used in topsheet ,cladding layer ,ADL of baby diapers.And used in top sheet of sanitary napkin,sanitary pad,panty liner.

A: The delivery date is 7-15 days after packing designs approved, and receipt
of payment.
2. What is your first order payment terms ?
A: 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before shipment.
3. Can you send us samples of diaper/sanitary napkin material ?
A: Yes, free samples can be sent out, the freight charge is paid by you.
(1). You can provide your a/c like DHL or FEDEX or TNT
(2). You can call your courier to pick up at our office.
(3). You can pay us the express charge by western union or T/T.
4. Where is your factory located? How can I visit it.
